🟢🟡LEGO🔵🔴PARTY!⚪️⚫️ Our favour 🟢🟡LEGO🔵🔴PARTY!⚪️⚫️ Our favourite little boy turned six yesterday, and in honour of his favourite things, we had a Lego party at Spur! I love birthdays, but never in my life did I expect to get butterflies celebrating my children’s birthdays. What a joyful day! I’m waiting for the sun to rise as I write this, so I can check if the mountains are capped with snow, just as they were the day my little boy was born. We love you, H. You are such a joy. You are kind, thoughtful, incredibly creative, sweet, hilarious, lighthearted, and have a deep love for animals and nature. We are so proud of you and enjoy your inquisitive mind immensely. Never lose that! 🫐 Burnt Basque Cheesecake 🫐 With the first 🫐 Burnt Basque Cheesecake 🫐 With the first blueberries of the season! It’s officially blueberry season on our farm and what better way to kick it off with a new favourite recipe from @drizzleanddip We had lunch with friends yesterday so I was very happy to have an “excuse” to bake this cheesecake apposed to eating it all by myself! Theo made a beautiful blueberry compote from the last batch of frozen berries from last season so I decided to pop that on top as well as a generous helping of freshly picked blueberries. If you are “Team Air Fryer” you will be very pleased to hear that I baked this in our new @instantpotsa Air Fryer as per @drizzleanddip ‘s recipe. And it came out perfectly! She has this recipe on her Insta right now so check it out if you are looking for the perfect easy cheesecake recipe everrrr. It is velvety, not too sweet and oh so decadent! 💙 I’m curious, were you also sceptical about the Air Fryer hype?

🧁 Sprinkle Party! 🧁 Our little girl turned 🧁 Sprinkle Party! 🧁 Our little girl turned four yesterday! What a joy it was to put together her first real little party. We have been having very bad weather recently so I focused on indoor activities just in case the jumping castle and sand pit plan was washed down the drain. Literally. To our delight it was the perfect winters day and the girls spent it in between decorating play dough cakes, making bracelets and jumping off their confetti cake sugar highs. Once again a special thank you to my dear neighbour @francelrabie for this beauty if a funfetti cake. We love you to the moon and back our little pudding pie! Life would be utterly dull without you!
